Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please contact us via this link. Cancellation is only possible for orders that haven’t been dispatched yet.
For prepaid orders, the order amount will be refunded back to your bank account within 2-5 business days, or as per your respective bank timelines.
Return Policy
We offer 3 days return policy from date of delivery. In case you are not completely satisfied, we will issue a complete refund, provided a genuine & valid reason of dis-satisfaction is given. In such case, full amount paid shall be refunded.
For prepaid orders, the order amount will be refunded back to your bank account within 2-5 business days, or as per your respective bank timelines. In case of Cash on Delivery as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
